Canada's Leylah Fernandez defeated Russian Anna Kalinskaya 6-1, 6-2 for her fourth career WTA title at the Citi Open hardcourt tennis tournament on Sunday.

The Montreal, Que. native took down Russia's Anna Kalinskaya 6-1, 6-2 in straight sets to win the Citi Open in Washington, D.C. on Sunday afternoon.

Canadian Leylah Fernandez is on to the finals of the Citi Open. Fernandez, from Laval, Que., beat Kazakhstan’s Elena Rybakina in three sets on Saturday afternoon. She’ll face the winner of the other semifinal between Great Britain’s Emma Raducanu and Anna Kalinskaya, who is from Russia, on Sunday.
