Spike Lee is urging fellow cinephiles not to sleep on ASAP Rocky as an actor, as he holds his own against Denzel Washington in the upcoming Akira Kurosawa reinterpretation Highest 2 Lowest.

During his interview with host Jimmy Fallon, Lee praised A$AP Rocky’s acting ability and credited him with holding his own opposite Denzel Washington on the set of the crime thriller.
