The married couple who were murdered in front of their daughters while hiking at Devil’s Den State Park in Arkansas died as “heroes protecting their little girls,” according to the victims’ devastated family, as a massive manhunt for the killer continues.

The parents were attacked while hiking at Devil's Den State Park with their two daughters, aged 7 and 9, on Saturday.

Clinton & Cristen Brink had two girls and had just moved to Prairie Grove from out of state. They were killed at Devil's Den on Saturday.

Clinton David Brink, 43, and Cristen Amanda Brink, 41, were killed while hiking with their two school-age daughters at the park on Saturday afternoon.
