Nats deal Rosario to Yankees for prospects Beeter, Martinez
The Nationals made their first move less than a week before the Trade Deadline by acquiring right-hander Clayton Beeter and outfielder Browm Martinez from the Yankees in exchange for veteran utility infielder Amed Rosario on Saturday night.

Beeter, originally acquired from the Dodgers for Joey Gallo, appeared in two big league games for the Yankees this season. He allowed six earned runs over 3.2 innings. The 26-year-old righty, who debuted with the Yankees last year, had a 3.10 ERA over 18 games at Triple-A.
The Washington Nationals arrive at the late-July trading deadline already in sell-mode.
