Indonesia has agreed to eliminate tariffs on more than 99% of U.S. goods and scrap all non-tariff barriers facing American firms, while the U.S. will drop threatened tariffs on Indonesian products to 19% from 32%,

US President Donald Trump has settled on another tariff deal - this time with Indonesia. Both Trump and Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto said the tariffs faced by the southeast Asian country would be reduced from 32% to 19%. Trump said this was in exchange for "full access" for American firms.

Indonesia secures a 19 percent US tariff rate which is the lowest in ASEAN boosting export competitiveness while committing to enforcement.
