The Brief The Dallas Cowboys are making a $500,000 donation to flood relief efforts in Central Texas. In Kerr County, Texas, at least 59 people are dead as a result of the flooding.

While rescue efforts are on-going for the devastating floods that hit central Texas, pro teams in the state are stepping up to help out.

Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys announced they are donating the same amount to assist in helping rescue, relief and recovery efforts.
