Successive governments have failed to tackle the dangerous health, environmental and economic impacts of nitrogen pollution in England, a House of Lords report has warned.

The government has agreed a £38bn package with private investors to help it fund the upcoming Sizewell C nuclear plant, although it will remain the largest shareholder in the project.
