Just a day after the D.C. Council approved the proposed new stadium deal at the old RFK Stadium campus on the first of two votes needed, people living a short walk from the campus told 7News how they're feeling about the Washington Commanders getting one step closer to being their new neighbors.

BREAKING: In a 9-3 decision, the DC Council voted to advance the modified version of the deal Bowser struck with the Commanders earlier this year.
