Police say they were called to Pinegate Apartments around 8 p.m. Sunday for a report of a shooting. When they got there, officers say they found a three-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound.

Court records show the man is charged with three counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and three counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
