For the past few hours, the New York Yankees have been anxiously waiting for MRI results on Aaron Judge's injury. Earlier this week, Judge suffered an elbow injury against the Toronto Blue Jays. He was wincing in pain after throwing the ball into the infield.

Yankees manager Aaron Boone revealed Saturday that star hitter Aaron Judge will be placed on IL after suffering a flexor strain, however, the good news for New York is that his UCL remains intact.

According to manager Aaron Boone, the Yankees star will be placed on the injured list after being diagnosed with a flexor strain in his right elbow. Judge was sent for imaging earlier Saturday and was found not to have suffered any damage to his UCL by Yankees team physician Dr. Christopher Ahmad.
