Matt Rife has bought the Connecticut house and occult museum that belonged to the late Ed and Lorraine Warren of "Conjuring," "Annabelle" and "The Nun" fame.

Matt Rife becomes guardian of the Annabelle doll and co-owner of the Warren Occult Museum, with the property and rights deal estimated to approach $1 million.

Comedian Matt Rife says he and YouTuber Elton Castee bought the former Connecticut home of the late Ed and Lorraine Warren and the couple’s Occult Museum. Rife made the announcement on TikTok, as well as in a post on Facebook.
