HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Forecasters are tracking this season’s first tropical cyclone in the central North Pacific, which is expected to pass south of Hawaii. In data valid at 5 a.m., Tropical Depression One-C was about 1,030 miles southeast of Honolulu and was moving to the west at 13 miles per hour.
