An evacuation order was expanded in Amador County as the Tiger Fire has burned nearly 85 acres Friday afternoon, Cal Fire said.

Evacuation orders remain for a vegetation fire that sparked Friday afternoon in Amador County, but warnings in surrounding areas have been lifted.

A large vegetation fire is putting up heavy smoke in Amador County, cameras from AlertCalifornia show. Cal Fire said that the Tiger Fire sparked in the 28000 block of Tiger Creek Road east of the Pioneer area. Ground and air resources are trying to extinguish the flames.
