Toronto police say a man, who was found on the ground with gunshot wounds, has died after a shooting early Tuesday.

The man, possibly in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the shooting scene near Davenport Road and Osler Street early Tuesday.

Toronto police have identified the victim of a "brazen" shooting in the city's west end on Tuesday morning. Officers responded to a call for a shooting near Davenport Road and Osler Street just after 5 a.m. on Tuesday. When they arrived, they found a man with gunshot wounds.
