The parents were attacked while hiking at Devil's Den State Park with their two daughters, aged 7 and 9, on Saturday.

Clinton & Cristen Brink had two girls and had just moved to Prairie Grove from out of state. They were killed at Devil's Den on Saturday.

There was a heavy law enforcement presence Monday morning at Devil's Den State Park, but otherwise the park was mostly empty as authorities continued their investigation into a suspected double homicide that occurred at the park over the weekend.

The married couple who were murdered in front of their daughters while hiking at Devil’s Den State Park in Arkansas died as “heroes protecting their little girls,” according to the victims’ devastated family, as a massive manhunt for the killer continues.

Clinton David Brink, 43, and Cristen Amanda Brink, 41, were killed on a walking trail at Devil's Den State Park in Arkansas.

The couple killed at Devil's Den State Park on Saturday had just recently moved to the area, Prairie Grove Mayor David Falk.
