Christian Wilkins is no longer a Las Vegas Raider, and there appear to be several reasons why that's the case. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that there was an incident where Wilkins kissed a teammate on the head without their permission,

The arbitrator deciding in favor of the Raiders would produce a $14.1 million cap credit that would help offset the $29.775 million in 2026 dead money. Wilkins winning his grievance would result in $21.15 million of additional salary cap charges for the Raiders in 2026.

Carroll declined to comment when asked if an alleged incident involving Wilkins played a part in the player's shocking release last week.
