Tyson Jominy routinely summons Microsoft Corp.’s AI assistant by tapping the Copilot key on his computer. Not because he means to. He’s actually aiming for what was once the Control key and is annoyed to see Copilot pop up on-screen.

A Bloomberg report has claimed even businesses which have purchased Copilot plans are struggling to convince users to make the switch. It is not the only customer to report issues, as workers shun Microsoft Copilot in favor of ChatGPT, which is used more at home and thus become more familiar to many.
